Take the challenge

In the role of Head of Commercial Excellence, you will lead the development of Sesol's sales process, which means you will implement new initiatives within our field sales and create conditions for us to become market leaders in our industry. The role is new, and you are expected to drive the work around generating cost-effective leads, booking meetings, route planning for salespeople, following up on customer meetings, and after-sales.

In this role, you will collaborate with adjacent roles to ensure an effective and optimal implementation. Your main partners will be Sesol's Operational Excellence Team, and together you will work to create a common framework with the goal of building the best customer journey in the market. You will be responsible for following up on the new processes and evaluating the implementation and its impact on the business.

You will, of course, work closely with our sales organization and are expected to regularly participate in sales meetings at all our offices in Sweden to ensure quality and best support the organization. This work also includes responsibility for Sesol's training programs, including our sales school, as well as evaluating the training initiatives we provide to our salespeople. You will develop KPIs, ensure that the salespeople's compensation model is competitive, and that their CRM system and other systems support them in their work. You will be the one who, together with the CCO, ensures that the salespeople receive the support they need to deliver at their best while contributing to the rest of the organization in the best way.

Who is our perfect match

The role requires a deep understanding of technical sales, experience in implementing and continuously improving sales tools, such as CRM systems, as well as a strong interest in analysis and an iterative approach where continuous improvement is one of the most important guiding stars. You have good organizational skills and are comfortable in the role of coordinating competencies and roles to create a common result. You are energizing and easily spread your energy to create activity in the groups you are in. Numbers are something you enjoy, and you understand how to make them create value through your analysis. You are meticulous and very good at communicating both verbally and in writing. We wish that you have

  • Engineering degree or similar
  • Several years of experience in technical sales and sales training
  • Extensive experience in process improvements, e.g., LEAN and Six Sigma including SLAs, SOPs, standups, etc.
  • Experience in designing and implementing KPIs and visualizing them for sales organizations
  • Experience in further developing CRM and sales tools
  • You speak and write both Swedish and English

It is a plus if you also have

  • Experience in B2C
  • Experience in field sales

Salary: Fixed salary

Location: Jönköping

Start date: By agreement

Travel: Regular travel to all Sesol offices in Sweden, with the head office located in Jönköping
