EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

The Education Department works with a perspective from 1 to 19 years and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher of Swedish as a second language for Stanstorpsskolan and Kyrkheddinge school F-6 in Staffanstorp municipality. We offer a permanent position at 100%, with start date by agreement. The position is divided between teaching Swedish as a second language and a role as a coordinating educator for the school's special education group.

Together with the team, you will be responsible for the students' learning and development. In collaboration with other educators in the team, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. The teaching is based on current research and is adapted to each student's conditions. Your role includes participating in the school's development in both subject teams and other pedagogical discussions among colleagues.

As a teacher of Swedish as a second language, you will work at both of our schools while the role in the special education group pertains to Stanstorpsskolan. By the autumn term of 2026, the new school building at Stanstorpsskolan will be ready for occupancy. In this context, you will work together with school management and colleagues to expand Stanstorpsskolan to become a school with three parallel classes in each grade.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education and a valid teaching license in Swedish and Swedish as a second language. Additional subjects in which you are qualified are advantageous. You have experience in similar pedagogical work. Furthermore, you have good experience in coordinating and teaching within the framework of special education groups. You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents.
