Casa dei Bambini is a non-profit foundation. We are a small and popular organization located in central Gothenburg. The organization consists of a preschool and a primary school F-9. We have about 280 children/students and approximately 50 employees. All teachers have completed the special education lift.

We are driven by the belief that children and adults should experience progress, that difficulties/challenges are meant to be overcome. Our vision is based on Montessori pedagogy, where we aim to lay a solid foundation for future global citizens.

We want to utilize our employees' full competence, ensuring that our staff thrives, develops, and takes responsibility for the organization. We see collegial exchange as an important part of success. We prefer to work thematically and interdisciplinary. We are looking for someone who shares these values.

Qualifications

- We are looking for someone with a teaching degree for grades 6-9 in Spanish and English.

- You take responsibility for your tasks; planning, structuring, and prioritizing your work effectively with good results.

- You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and can adapt your way of conveying messages to the recipient.

- You see opportunities in change and can adapt to changing circumstances.

- You have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.

- Digital competence.
