Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include inspiring and supporting students in their musical development as well as building strong and trusting relationships. You will lead, structure, and engage students in music education in a safe and pedagogical manner, where each student feels seen and encouraged.

Creating a positive and safe learning environment is a central part of your work. Through good communication and a responsive approach, you create an atmosphere where students dare to express themselves and develop through music. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues and guardians to promote each student's learning and well-being.

Qualifications

Licensed teacher with qualifications in music for grades F-6.

You are secure, stable, and self-aware. You see relationships in their proper perspective, distinguishing between personal and professional.

You work well with others. You relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.

You express a positive attitude towards your work, the organization, and/or the community. You act in accordance with decisions made, operational plans, goals, policies, and guidelines.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal skills, qualities, and abilities.
