Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and driven teacher for our team for grades 4-6. With us, you will be part of a well-functioning teaching team where competence, collaboration, and commitment to students' development are central values. We work in a multi-teacher system where you, together with two to three other mentors, are responsible for a class and all the students in it.

As a teacher at Sörgårdsskolan, you will plan, implement, and evaluate your pedagogical work based on the curriculum and governing documents. You actively contribute to creating a safe, creative, and curious learning environment for students where they can develop and thrive. You will also work closely with colleagues and other staff groups to create a holistic view of students' learning and well-being.

We offer you modern tools for your work, and you will receive your own staff computer to conduct effective and engaging teaching.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified primary school teacher for grades 4-6 and has a strong commitment to students' learning and development. You are solution-focused, driven, and have a strong interest in working with and developing teaching through ICT (information and communication technology). If you have experience working with digital tools and have a good understanding of how these can be integrated into teaching, we consider it an advantage.

You are a person who enjoys collaborating and building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Your working style is characterized by flexibility, openness, and a desire to develop together with your team. A prerequisite for employment is a valid extract from the criminal record, according to the Education Act.
