Alléskolan, serving grades 6-9 with approximately 470 students, is located in Floda. Our organization, consisting of seven independent working units, EHT, and services, has proven to create a good working climate and satisfaction. Each working unit has its own section of the school, which creates structure and calm for students who avoid too many transitions between their classes. Alléskolan has long operated based on a team-led organizational model and has a well-developed student health work.

The school has a clear infrastructure that makes it easy to raise issues in the right forum and quickly move forward in the development of both work and development organizations.

We are looking for three qualified secondary school teachers with authorization in at least two of the subjects: Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, Technology, Physical Education, or Music.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To teach grades 6-9 with the necessary tasks related to the teaching profession.

You are a teacher with a strong interest in your subjects and succeed in creating curiosity about them among our students. You are a natural leader in the classroom, responsible for creating a positive learning environment and a climate where students dare to try, aiming to learn together. You care about giving students the opportunity to be involved in their learning.

Together with your team colleagues, you contribute to creating a holistic approach for the students. Your role includes mentorship, in which you have a special responsibility to follow up and support the individual students' development, both socially and academically. It is important that you can build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

We expect you to continuously reflect on your teaching both individually and together with your colleagues to develop and grow. At Alléskolan, you will have several subject colleagues whom you will meet regularly through subject conferences. We want you to professionally analyze and reflect on your own contributions and the content of the organization to further develop your work and the students' knowledge. You appreciate working in a team and see the benefits of such collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Examples;

You must be a certified subject teacher for grades 6-9. You have good IT skills and are accustomed to using digital tools in teaching. At Alléskolan, everyone works with Classroom.

The school works with cooperative learning, which we see great benefits from. You do not need to master this today, but you need to familiarize yourself with the ideas and show curiosity.
