On behalf of the government, the National Property Board of Sweden (SFV) manages our common natural and cultural heritage. We manage a diversity of state-owned properties – including government buildings, courts, castles and royal estates, theaters, museums, embassies, as well as one-seventh of the country's area consisting of forests and land.

At SFV Ulriksdal, we manage the royal palaces of Ulriksdal, Haga, Rosersberg, Strömsholm, Gripsholm, and Tullgarn along with their associated palace grounds and parks, as well as several other buildings in the Stockholm area, Södermanland, and Västmanland. Together, we are 35 people at SFV Ulriksdal.

The position is located in Solna.

Your Role

As an administrator, you will support the property manager, administrators, technical managers, and the operations group with a focus on financial and administrative tasks within the property area.

You will work with:

• supplier and customer accounts, payments and reminders, as well as re-invoicing to customers,
• responsibility for mail handling,
• ordering against service agreements and office supplies agreements, and
• purchasing other consumables for the office.

The position also includes some work with budgets and forecasts, personnel administration, and other administrative tasks within the department such as writing invitations, minutes, and managing bookings for common office meetings and conferences.

You will report directly to the property manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• a high school diploma in economics or equivalent,
• experience with tasks in finance and administration,
• good computer skills with a solid knowledge of the Office suite, and
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you are familiar with the systems Agresso, Vitec, Visma Proceedo, and Fast2.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you should be able to structure your work and prioritize your tasks. You are service-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and a willingness to work in different systems. You are also proactive and capable of working independently.
