We have an opportunity for you to take on an exciting consulting assignment within the defense industry. The assignment offers a dynamic role where you will work both operationally and strategically to improve and develop production processes.

About the role

As a production engineer, you will work closely with manufacturing and play a key role in supporting production related to deviations, methods, and investments in equipment. You will act as a link between development and manufacturing and have an important role in ensuring that production processes are efficient and well-functioning. The work also includes participating in the procurement of new equipment and contributing to other types of projects.

A large part of the job involves transforming design specifications into a practical and optimized manufacturing process. Since production handles both new projects and series production, the ability to switch between development work and daily operations is required. You will work in a group where preparation and production are integrated, providing a broad and varied role.

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this role, we see that you have experience in production technology, preferably within cabling, and that you have knowledge of IPC 60. Your background could be as an assembler, production engineer, or mechanical engineer, and you have a genuine technical interest. We are looking for a person with self-drive, analytical skills, and a natural ability to identify and solve problems. Since the work involves many contact points, both internally and externally, it is important that you enjoy a communicative role where collaboration is crucial.
