The Gothenburg primary school administration is one of the largest school administrations in Sweden. We are responsible for the city's municipal schools from preschool class to grade nine, adapted primary school, culture school, and after-school care. The administration has 138 municipal primary schools where nearly 47,000 students attend school every day. The entire administration has about 9,700 employees who work together to develop and manage the operation - together we pave the way for the school of the future.

Heart Brain Hjällbo

Welcome to us at Lärjeskolan! We are a relatively new school in Hjällbo. With us, you will be involved in further shaping and developing our school for increased safety, study peace, and higher goal fulfillment. We are a multicultural school that welcomes you. You will join a staff of about 80 employees around our approximately 650 students. Your mission with us is teaching and mentoring for student groups 7-9. You will belong to a working team 7, 8, or 9 and you will have several subject colleagues 7-9/F-9.

The school is centrally located in Hjällbo with good communication options both by public transport and by car. From the central station, it takes about 10 minutes by tram. Our school is a K-9 school that also has classes for adapted primary school 7-9 in both subjects and subject areas. The school management consists of a principal and three deputy principals with special areas of responsibility, and the principal leads and distributes work within student health.

We are now looking for a teacher qualified in home economics and music.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with qualifications to teach grades 7-9 as well as qualifications to teach home economics and music.

You take your tasks seriously, are keen to complete what you have started, and ensure that the work is done correctly. You gain energy from contributing to others' learning and you create conditions for learning to take place. Furthermore, you need to be able to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.
