About the role

As an educational leader with us, you will have overall responsibility to ensure that our vocational higher education programs maintain the highest quality and meet the needs of the labor market. You will have the opportunity to take your own initiatives to ensure that our students receive the best possible education, both theoretically and practically.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing programs and courses in close collaboration with the business community
• Recruiting and quality-assuring teachers and lecturers
• Driving and coordinating management group work
• Collaborating with companies regarding internship placements
• Maintaining continuous contact and follow-up with students
• Managing administration and continuously developing educational structures
• Contributing to the development of Kunskapsgruppen Yrkeshögskola's educational offerings through networking and environmental monitoring

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to contribute to creating cutting-edge education
• Has experience working within vocational higher education
• Is strategic, solution-oriented, and driven to create results
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Has very good computer skills and is proficient in Office365
• Master Swedish in speech and writing at a very high level
