We are looking for someone who:

We are now seeking a Security Specialist in physical security for an exciting assignment with our client in the energy and infrastructure sector. In this role, you will be part of the security department and contribute to ensuring that the company's facility projects meet physical security requirements.

As part of the facility security group, you will develop protection solutions, regulations, and routines, as well as participate in several parallel projects. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are structured and able to manage deadlines.

• Develop technical descriptions for physical security in each project. • Participate as technical support in facility projects regarding physical security. • Review technical documentation (construction, building, and as-built documents) against requirements. • Actively participate in project meetings, technical meetings, and construction meetings. • Represent the project during inspections. • Be responsible for handing over the completed facility to management. • Conduct security assessments of suppliers and consultants.

Requirements:

• High school diploma • At least 5 years of work experience in project management of security technology installations (e.g., intrusion alarms, access control systems, camera systems, doors, windows, or locks). • At least 5 years of work experience reviewing documentation for security technology installations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have been or are a certified Authorized Engineer for intrusion alarms according to SSF 1016 at any time in the last 5 years.
• Have been or are a certified Authorized Engineer for CCTV systems according to SSF 1062 at any time in the last 5 years.
• At least 12 months of experience working in collaborative projects regarding construction contracts as a responsible party.

A security assessment will be conducted before employment.

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a strong drive. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are willing to take initiatives.
