Job Description

As a Training Leader in traffic safety for tracks, you will educate personnel who will enter TRV track facilities. You will educate, plan, and administer courses together with others in the group. The role gives you a varied workday where you meet a large number of people with different experiences and knowledge.

Travel across the country may occur.

Main Responsibilities:

• Classroom teaching
• Planning of training primarily within TRV
• Coordination of other training within the company
• Creation of training materials
• Administration in our LMS (Learning Management System)
• Create and follow up reports and evaluations

Who are you?

You who are applying have worked within the Swedish Transport Administration's track facilities for several years and have the qualifications Sos-led, TSM A/E/L -protection, and Sos-planner. You have a strong interest in safety issues and are eager to share your knowledge with others.

You are structured and with a pedagogical approach, you reach out to your course participants. You enjoy working together with others, are unpretentious, and do not shy away from a challenge.

A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

Since the profession involves work/entry onto tracks, you must meet the specific health requirements that apply to safety work on the railway. A passed health examination for safety service is a requirement and will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.

Meritorious:

• Other qualifications such as TSM-Switching/Blocking, OPA, OPT TA/TSA
• Experience working with LMS (Learning Management System)
• Knowledge and experience as a trainer in traffic safety
• Experience in producing e-learning
• Experience in course design and planning of training
• Education in pedagogy

Start: By agreement.
Scope: Full-time/permanent
Location: Stockholm or another location where Strukton has an establishment
