About the role As a safety coordinator at Väsbyhem, you play an important role in our work to create safe and pleasant living environments for our tenants. You work both operationally and strategically – one day you might be out in our residential areas meeting tenants to handle an incident, and the next day you collaborate with the municipality, the police, and other community actors to work on long-term crime prevention measures for a safer Upplands Väsby. In this role, you will also work on eviction prevention, which includes disturbances, sanitary, and financial issues. In addition, you will collaborate with our external security company.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has…

• A university degree in criminology or equivalent experience
• Experience in safety and security issues
• Knowledge of crime prevention work
• Excellent skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Also has good command of English
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in safety and security work within the real estate industry
• Basic legal knowledge
• Experience in police work
• Experience in managing or participating in projects
• Fluency in multiple languages beyond Swedish and English
