JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a support assistant for Lågedammsgatan's group home in Hörby. The position is 85% but with the possibility of 100% through 15% resource shifts.

Your tasks include meeting the individual needs of the residents for support and service in all situations of daily life. For example, you will assist the residents with their personal care. All residents have different forms of activities based on their conditions, and we appreciate creative ideas from employees. The work is carried out with great respect for the individual's right to self-determination and integrity. The tasks require a high level of personal responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. We have high expectations for collaboration, communication, and accountability. We always work based on the individual's needs and wishes. You should be comfortable documenting and, like us, be a team player.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours with days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a calm and secure person with great patience. You should be able to work with structure and clear boundaries, but also adapt the work based on the situation and the user's needs. You should have experience working within the LSS operational area. Approved grades from the care and nursing program, child and leisure program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Participating in documentation and documenting yourself is part of the assignment, so you must be able to read and write in good Swedish. Being a contact person for a resident in the group home is part of the assignment.
