About us

We are a residential care home (HVB) that receives girls aged 13-17, with a special focus on substance abuse issues.

About the role

Your main responsibilities include:

• Care in the form of direct treatment work
• Participation in investigative work
• Network contacts
• Documentation and development work

We work with evidence-based methods, primarily CBT, MI, and A-CRA.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% (6-month probationary period). Work takes place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date is according to agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, low-arousal, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. A criminal record check will be conducted before employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Be an educated social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have experience in treatment work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have good system skills as documentation is extensive
• Have a B driver's license (manual car)

It is an advantage if you have training in:

• MI
• A-CRA
