JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be part of an engaged and development-oriented HR unit? Do you have broad experience in HR, enjoy working as a generalist, and have a particular interest in salary formation? We are looking for a colleague who wants to contribute to a strategic and operational HR function.

About the assignment

With us at the Department of Labor Market and Adult Education, we take a comprehensive approach to HR and offer qualified support to managers in both operational and strategic matters. As an HR specialist with us, you will have a varied role where you are responsible for the salary formation process while also working consultatively as an HR partner and generalist.

In your role, you will, among other things:

  • Be responsible for and develop processes for salary formation.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and HR specialists in salary formation and labor law.
  • Participate in negotiations and collaboration with trade unions.
  • Conduct training and workshops to strengthen understanding of the salary formation process.
  • Participate in development and change work within HR.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree (180 credits) in HR or another relevant academic education. For this position, you need to have broad, solid, and documented experience in HR work. You have previously worked as strategic, operational, and business-oriented support to managers in, for example, labor law issues, in collaboration with trade unions, and have driven development and change work. Since this position involves the specialist area of salary formation, we want you to have documented experience in this area, preferably within a larger organization. You have a strong understanding of the complexity and are confident in all matters related to salary formation. For this position, it is advantageous if you have worked within public administration.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are analytical and have the ability to effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You need to understand the common mission and work to make it as good as possible. You are confident in your competence, have strong communication skills, and can handle complex issues in a trustworthy manner.
