Fiskarhedens Trävaru AB is one of Sweden's largest and most modern privately owned sawmills. The sawmill is located a stone's throw from the Vasloppet start in Transtrand, Dalarna. With around 160 employees, Fiskarheden is the largest industrial company in Malung-Sälen municipality. Each year, we produce more than 380,000 cubic meters of pine and spruce timber. More than 80% of our production has buyers outside Sweden's borders. Sustainability throughout the production chain is very important to us. Fiskarheden Trävaru AB is looking for two IT talents to join our innovative team!

Fiskarheden's sawmill is one of Europe's leading players in IT technology for the wood industry. Through our collaborations with developers and researchers, we constantly drive the industry forward to new heights. We are now looking for more engaged employees who want to be part of the journey!

We operate our IT infrastructure in a hyper-converged HPE Simplivity cluster, with about 100 servers, spanning Microsoft and Linux environments. Our network consists of about ten main nodes with redundant 10-25Gb fiber links, where availability and security are always in focus.

In the IT department, you will have the opportunity to specialize in the areas you are passionate about while being an important part of our daily operations and support. We are looking for someone who wants to be a key person in our team! In this role, you will work with both onsite support and first-line IT support. Your mission will be to provide top-notch support to the entire Fiskarheden group, both through our ticketing system and through presence when required.

Job responsibilities include:

Resolving complex IT incidents and managing priority cases
Providing professional and pedagogical support to users
Working proactively to improve the IT environment and minimize disruptions
Collaborating with internal and external partners to implement technical solutions
