As an IT Service Manager with us, you will be part of a dynamic team driving the digital development of our forestry operations. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our IT services and applications within one of our service areas. You will lead service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle and ensure that we comply with relevant security and legal guidelines.

You will work closely with business development, communications, and our team in Ostrava to continuously improve and streamline our services. Additionally, you will have personnel responsibility for a small group of specialists in various IT areas, where you will create an inspiring and high-performing work environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Service delivery – Ensure that IT services meet quality and performance requirements according to SLA, focusing on cost-effectiveness and availability
  • Process development – Implement and improve IT processes and contribute to roadmaps and action plans
  • Leadership – Be responsible for teams and suppliers and promote a positive and results-oriented work culture.
  • Compliance & documentation – Ensure that our services comply with regulations and that documentation is up to date
  • Cost management – Forecast and monitor costs for the services

You will report to the Director of IT, and your office will be located in Falun. We prefer that you are on-site a few days a week.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader who can motivate their team and create a pleasant and efficient work environment. You have a strong technical understanding of IT service management, processes, and tools, while also having the ability to translate business needs into smart technical solutions. Through your pedagogical approach, you ensure that IT services are delivered with high quality and performance.

Skills and qualifications we believe you have:

  • Relevant education in IT or several years of professional experience in the field encompassing service management and IT service delivery
  • Experience with development tools such as Azure DevOps and test management
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, both in Swedish and English
  • Deep understanding of IT processes, tools, and development methodologies
  • Ability to drive change and prioritize between different projects and initiatives
