We are looking for a Technical Support to our client in Ludvika. In this role, you will be an important part of the team, supporting internal employees with technical questions, order management, and administrative support. A common question might be: "Is this part in stock?" – and your task will be to provide quick and accurate answers.

This is an administrative role with a technical focus, where previous experience in electrical work is a requirement – either through education or work experience.

• Provide technical support and advice internally.
• Manage and follow up on orders and technical inquiries.
• Ensure that the right information is available and provide quick responses to departments.

Location: Ludvika

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime

We are looking for someone who enjoys a supportive role, is meticulous, and has a service-oriented attitude. You have a technical interest and enjoy working in an administrative role focused on problem-solving.

• Experience in electrical work, either through education or work experience.
• Good administrative skills, preferably experience in order management.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working in a similar role within technical support.
• Experience working with business systems and order management.
• Previous work in the industry.
