JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

If you enjoy helping others, are interested in technology, and want to be part of Avesta Municipality's IT and Digitalization Unit's support team, we believe this position will suit you!

Essential for both thriving and succeeding in the role is that you enjoy providing service and are attentive to your customers' needs.

In this role, you will provide first-line IT support to Avesta Municipality's employees, with particular responsibility for administrative issues.

We meet our customers both via phone, digitally, and through personal visits at our service desk.

In your assignment, you will work with user support and administration in areas such as IT workplace, telephony, service cards, and digitalization issues. You will also assist our users with orders of technical equipment and provide advice and support regarding this. It may also be relevant to conduct training activities, as we want our users to have good knowledge and ability to utilize their IT workplace and equipment in the best way.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role, you need knowledge and experience of practical support work within IT and an understanding of how an IT support function operates. Support and management/administration of service cards is a requirement.
