Enwell is primarily looking for heat pump installers, refrigeration technicians, and plumbing expertise, but also for staff roles at the office located in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.

About the Role:

Enwell Dalarna installs and services heat pumps primarily from IVT and Toshiba throughout Dalarna, with a particular focus on the areas around Mora and Falun. As an administrator, you will work closely with the site manager, salespeople, and the management of the technicians.

This is an excellent entry-level role for a future career in finance and administration. You will gain insight into a smaller company while benefiting from the support of Vattenfall, one of Sweden's largest companies, which owns Enwell.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as invoicing and complaint handling from our office in Mora.
• Assist in receiving our customers primarily via phone and email.
• Collaborate with technicians, team leaders, and the finance function to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in service professions and customer contact.
• Experience in administration.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and other digital planning systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Education in finance and experience in financial work.
• Experience with SDF and/or Fortknox.
• Previous work with heat pumps and energy drilling.

Personal Qualities:

• Structured and organized.
• Relationship-building and collaborative.
• Reliable and responsible.
