Economy and HR Administrator at Flexbo Resurs & Individsstöd
Are you a structured and meticulous administrator with experience in finance and contracts? The position is full-time and offers a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. The location is at Flexbo Resurs & Individsstöd's office at Stadshagsplan 1, Kungsholmen.
About the position
Flexbo Resurs & Individsstöd is now looking for an Economy and HR Administrator who wants to become part of their dedicated team. In this role, you will have a central function in the organization and be responsible for administration within finance, personnel, contracts, transport, and real estate.
Since the finance function is outsourced, you will act as an extended arm to the finance manager, ensuring that processes are followed and that administration runs smoothly. The role is varied and involves many contact points, which means you contribute to creating structure and efficiency in daily operations.
Your main responsibilities
- Handle supplier invoices, rent invoices, and framework agreements.
- Administer employment contracts, salaries, time reporting, and insurances.
- Be responsible for permissions, work tools, and updates of internal systems.
- Manage vehicles, contracts, service, and fuel cards.
- Oversee property administration, including rental agreements, electricity contracts, and system updates.
- Order and manage office supplies.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in extensive finance and personnel administration.
- Has a high school diploma, preferably with HR education.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has very good knowledge of Office 365.
- Has an understanding of contracts and financial systems, preferably Visma.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and take great responsibility in your work. With an independent and proactive attitude, you ensure that tasks are completed and that processes run smoothly. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys working in a smaller team where we support each other and have fun at work!
