About the job

CSG is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for our office in Stockholm! You will have a central role in the organization. As a Payroll Manager at CSG, you will be both the strategist and the driving force behind a smooth payroll process. You will have ongoing contact with our staff, operational managers, authorities, and our system provider Flex.

As a Payroll Manager at CSG, you get to combine your interest in leadership, efficiencies, and simplifications in payroll work. We are a great team where collaboration, engagement, honesty, flexibility, and competence are in focus.

Our expectations

To thrive and be successful in the role, we see that you have previously worked several years in a similar role, have good leadership experience, a strong analytical skill, and an eye for detail. We see that you are comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, that you are communicative and can explain complex issues and provide clear information to both employees and managers.

We work in Flex HRM, and we would like you to have experience with it. If you have experience from staffing-heavy operations or even the security industry, that is a big plus. Your knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations is important to ensure that the company complies with regulations and that payroll payments are made correctly. We also see that you are fluent in Swedish both in speech and writing.

We have offices in Stockholm and Örebro, but we prefer this role to be based in Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work.
