In this role, you will be a key person in our team responsible for staffing and recruitment within warehousing, logistics, and industry. You will:

• Create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Drive new customer sales and develop collaborations focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Lead and coach staff and be responsible for the work environment on your assigned accounts.
• Match the right consultants with the right clients to create successful collaborations.
• Work on both strategic and operational tasks to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to build relationships and thrives in a varied and dynamic role. You are:

• Independent and solution-focused with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sales-oriented and proactive, with a clear focus on new customer sales and creating long-term relationships.
• Communicative and coaching, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people.

• Relevant education in human resources and/or behavioral science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Good computer skills and experience with systems like Intelliplan and Oneflow are advantageous.
• A driver's license is required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
