Job Description
We are looking for a sales administrator for our client. The position is a temporary assignment and a consulting role starting immediately for approximately 6 months.
You will support the client’s sales organization with all administrative data in the main areas of pricing, discounts, and master data to enable the sale of their products to their customers, such as wholesalers.
Working hours: 08:00-16:45. 08:00-16:00. 38 hours/week.
Assignment duration: immediate - 6 months. Will be over the summer.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will work with various tasks in a group of cheerful and friendly colleagues. The tasks are sales administrative, and you will work closely with the customer team and the rest of the organization. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for handling contracts, pricing, discounts, and related invoicing in a SAP environment. In addition to what has already been mentioned, you will work on maintaining master data, quoting new product launches, and purchasing services.
In your role as a sales administrator, your main tasks will include:
- Handling contracts, pricing, discounts, and invoicing in a SAP environment
- Maintaining and updating master data in systems
- Other sales administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and is system savvy, preferably with knowledge of SAP. We see that you have very good skills in the Office suite, specifically Excel, where you feel comfortable handling large data files and formulas. To succeed in this role, you must enjoy working with numbers and preferably have experience in accounts payable and handling master data. Those who have experience working in larger international companies will quickly adapt to the organization's working methods.
Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous and enjoy working with details according to clear instructions. To quickly settle into the role, you are proactive, structured, and have flexibility and a high level of service in your meticulous work. Since English is the corporate language, it is important that you have a very good command of the language, both spoken and written.
Experience in grocery retail, accounts payable, and GS1/Validoo is an advantage for the position.
Important for the position are:
- System savvy (preferably SAP) and very good skills in Excel
- Meticulous, structured, and proactive
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
