Summer Job as a Receptionist

Are you studying and looking for a summer job? Are you a quick learner, communicative, and service-minded? Then we have a position for you!

We are now looking for you who are studying and seeking a job for the summer. You will work as a receptionist and handle various tasks. You will be working with:

• Managing the switchboard
• Mail handling
• Stuffing envelopes
• Assisting visitors and employees
• Administration

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work together with our client located in Älvsjö. The position is full-time with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM. The position is planned to run from week 26 to week 32, starting with two weeks of training. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is studying a post-secondary education in a relevant field. Furthermore, we would also like you to have experience in a similar position; perhaps you have previously worked as a receptionist during the summer. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of the Office suite and excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are service-minded and communicative. You enjoy working with and meeting different types of people. Furthermore, you are quick and easy to learn, and you thrive in roles where you can work with varied tasks.
