Independent Accounting Assistant Needed for Summer Job

We are looking for an independent accounting assistant for a summer job responsible for accounts payable. The office is located in Södermalm near Långholmen, close to everything that Söder has to offer during the summer.

Responsibilities:

• Handling, registering, and coding supplier invoices in our accounting system Xledger.
• Reconciliation and payment of invoices
• Communication with suppliers and colleagues
• Other administrative tasks within finance
• Mail handling

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with accounts payable
• Independent work in the accounting system Xledger or similar systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• We prefer that you are an economics student with previous experience, as this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in the field.
