Personal Assistant Wanted in Åkersberga - Female Assistant for an Active Woman

We are currently looking for a female personal assistant for an active woman in central Åkersberga. As an assistant, you are expected to be present and support the woman in her daily life and activities. This is a position of 75-100% with working hours scheduled at night, including 4 hours of sleeping duty. The woman requires personal assistance around the clock and uses a lift for mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the woman in her daily activities.
• Be attentive, humble, and respectful.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Be able to adapt to different situations and receive instructions well.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with personal maturity who can create an inclusive work environment for the woman. It is important that you are non-smoker and have the ability to sense when it is time to step back. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude and ability to be supportive and empathetic.
