Family Therapist / Addiction Therapist CBT

At Intense Rehab, we have been providing qualified, evidence-based outpatient care since 2013, based in Stockholm/Nacka and Gävle. We are currently looking for staff to join our team in Stockholm/Nacka.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a trained family therapist, preferably with qualifications as an addiction therapist, CBT. This is to strengthen our staff in Stockholm/Nacka. You are used to working independently, trusting your own decisions, and therefore need some experience and of course formal qualifications/training to stand firm. In each case, we usually work in pairs, so good collaboration skills are a must.

It is very important that you thrive in flexible working conditions, as we adapt our presence largely according to our clients' needs. You appreciate great freedom but equally take personal responsibility.

You should preferably be a CBT therapist with advanced knowledge in MI and methods related to addiction, such as relapse prevention and CRA. Adequate training in family therapy is a must.

Since our clients expect accurate and well-formulated written reports, you should be proficient in this. You are computer literate, and you must have a B driver's license as our outpatient care consists of approximately 80% work in our clients' normal home environments or where we need to be with them.

About us

We offer our clients and employers outpatient care that is tailored to their needs. Not least, our clients with addiction problems usually need us for up to 6-10 hours a week. This is because we believe in a holistic view and approach where all aspects of life are included and affect the ability to begin establishing a sober/drug-free life. Naturally, our work often involves managing/treating mental health issues in various forms and extents. As mentioned, we see no other way forward than to work with the whole.

We are proactive, on our toes, characterized by patience and a resistance to give up. This has been and is a success factor that makes us be and can be seen as an alternative to institutional treatment.

Collective agreement: exists

Employment: Permanent (6-month probationary period)

Working hours: daytime, 40 hours/week. Flexible working hours where we sometimes need to meet our clients' needs for uncomfortable meeting times.

Salary: Monthly salary, where a fixed OB supplement guarantees certain availability during uncomfortable working hours.

Other conditions are regulated by the collective agreement.
