About the position

Perido is looking for a committee secretary for our client, an authority that works with the city's infrastructure and public spaces. This position is based at the authority's office in central Stockholm, where employees work from the office with some opportunity for remote work.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with advanced protocol writing and be part of a team responsible for two committees and a council for disability issues. Your work includes participating in political meetings, which usually take place in the afternoons or evenings.

On the meeting day, you will be responsible for receiving political statements and preparing the protocol. During the meeting, you document what happens and then carry out the necessary follow-up work. The work follows a fixed schedule, but you also need to be prepared to quickly reprioritize as needed. Various other administrative tasks may also be added to the role.

Your qualities

For this role, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You can quickly shift focus when more urgent tasks arise. You are also skilled at coordinating your work based on deadlines and have the ability to address emerging questions dynamically. To thrive in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and enjoy a role with many points of contact. Since you will be in contact with colleagues, elected officials, the public, and the media, you need to be service-oriented and always provide a good reception. By actively participating in the workgroup, you learn from your colleagues and about their tasks, which contributes to good cohesion and security in the workgroup.

Qualifications:

• University degree in e.g. political science, administrative knowledge, law, or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Work experience in similar tasks
• Very good skills in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious:

• Good system skills and experience working in case management systems Public 360 or Platina/eDok
• Experience handling issues related to public access and confidentiality and handling personal data

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-10-03. Immediate start.
