Medical Secretary to BUP Väst

About the Business

BUP Centrum Väst is located in Uddevalla and also has two satellite clinics, one in Lysekil and one in Strömstad. BUP Väst receives children aged 6-18 years. Outpatient care forms the basis of the child psychiatric specialist operations, and our mission is to promote mental health among children and adolescents together with their families.

Job Responsibilities

As a medical secretary, you will be offered a stimulating job with varied tasks. The tasks include medical documentation, booking appointments, diagnosis and procedure code registration, cash registration, working with assignments from other clinics, and other administrative services. The position also includes receiving and managing patient calls and messages in the systems Telia Ace and 1177, as well as dictation writing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an education in health and medical documentation. You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We prefer that you have experience working with the Office suite, Melior, and Elvis. You have good self-awareness and enjoy working both independently and in various group contexts. Your strengths include a high sense of service and responsibility. Personal suitability is of great importance.
