In this role, you will work as a class teacher with primary responsibility for a class and teach most of the subjects in primary school. You will work closely with the after-school program and actively work with our values and vision - every student can succeed!

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement teaching in all subjects of primary school
• Be responsible for students' basic reading, writing, and math learning
• Create an inclusive and safe learning environment where all students can develop
• Assess and document students' knowledge development
• Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support students' development
• Be a safe adult and role model for the students
• Maintain good communication with guardians
• You work together with your colleagues as the school's staff is organized into work teams where teachers, after-school teachers, and student health collaborate to ensure that students' entire day goes well.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher with qualifications for primary school
• Experience working with children in primary school age
• Ability to create positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creative and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills, you speak and communicate fluently in Swedish
• You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and have a good ability to implement these practically in daily work.

• Establish good routines for classroom work and students' learning
• Build trusting relationships with students and guardians
• Develop a well-functioning collaboration with the after-school program and other colleagues

Employment conditions

• Permanent employment with start date according to agreement, beginning with a 6-month probationary period
