We are looking for dedicated employees for three group homes located in a pleasant environment in central Hammarby Sjöstad, Södermalm.

The focus is on target group 1 under the Act on Support and Service (LSS). In our units, we work based on the user's participation and influence in their daily life. Stockholm City’s quality program and the focus on Stockholmers form the basis of all the work we do.

Your role

The foundation is the LSS law, target group 1, and other legislation within social work. You will work based on the assignment description for support assistants within the unit. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Follow the district's and unit's guidelines, routines, and policies.
• Be a support person for users
• Document in Parasol
• Be active in following up the user's implementation plan and development goals.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, APT, and planning days.
• Be a professional health creator

Your competence and experience

You have relevant education as a support assistant or equivalent, such as a care program with a focus on LSS. Knowledge in AAC, Low-Arousal Approach, Motivational Interviewing, and autism is meritorious. Knowledge and experience in social documentation is a plus. The work is social and involves many contacts with both the user's network and, for example, care, authorities, and other professionals. This means you should have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
