I am looking for a female personal assistant who wants to work 70% on a fixed schedule with me in Lidingö, 5 minutes from Ropsten.
Varied working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and night (sleeping on call) approximately 28 hours per week.
You need to be smoke-free, speak understandable Swedish, and be free from back, shoulder, or similar issues to be able to operate wheelchairs and perform transfers with a lift. You should also have social skills and be cheerful and outgoing, be able to take initiatives, be creative, and have a strong work ethic, as I am a girl with physical + intellectual disabilities who needs support with cooking, eating, personal hygiene, and household chores, as well as with activities; e.g., exercising, solving crosswords, or traveling on vacation.
The position also includes staffing responsibility 1 week/month where you need to be available to cover extra shifts. Previous experience as an assistant is a merit but not a requirement.
I have a team of a total of 7 assistants who work very well together and have been with me for anywhere from one to twenty-two years. You will receive introduction, training, continuing education, and support from the employer Assistans i Balans. (Collective agreement: Fremia-Kommunal).
