Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a real difference in a family's daily life? We are looking for a dedicated and attentive assistant for a 12-year-old social, happy, and positive boy. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with a parent and aims to build a long-term relationship with shifts every other week according to a rolling schedule. The position is located south of Söder with good transport connections.

About the position:

Shifts: Afternoons, evenings, and nights. During the night, there is a sleeping on-call duty.

This is an active and meaningful job where mental presence and the ability to create energy are crucial.

You will support the child in daily activities and contribute to a safe and stimulating environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent Swedish.
• Has experience with non-verbal communication and can perceive signals and signs.
• Is attentive and has a close and empathetic working style.
• Has the ability to motivate, create energy, and engagement.
• Is mentally present and has a proactive approach.
• Is structured.

Meritorious:

Contact with animals / inner communication.

• A criminal record extract is required, as the work involves minors.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
