About the position We are currently seeking personal assistants for a wheelchair-bound man living in Herräng. One position is approximately 70-95% with a desired start date of April 1st, and we are also looking for someone who wants to work during the summer, especially in July. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, household chores, transfers of various kinds, personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 5:35 PM - 11:00 PM, on both weekdays and weekends. There is a request for the same assistant to work the entire day until the evening, that is, 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM with about 1.5 hours of break during the shift.

About the customer This man has a great interest in fishing, working on cars, going out to eat, and watching TV. He is in his 50s and speaks for himself. About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you, who are applying for this position, are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer. This can be decisive in the final selection. You are required to

• Hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car,
• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written,
• Not be allergic to pets, as there is a cat in the customer's home.

It is advantageous if you

• Have completed a healthcare-related education,
• Have experience in care and support, especially in personal assistance.

Scope: Part-time. Number of positions: 2. Start date: One position has a desired start date of April 1st, and the other for the summer. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
