Support Assistant/Contact Person for Centrumslingan Support and Service Housing-LSS

We are looking for an engaged and empathetic support assistant who wants to make a difference in people's lives. At Centrumslingan, we work to provide support and create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our care recipients. We are now looking for someone with a heart for people who wants to be an important part of our operations.

As a support assistant, you will work closely with the care recipients and support them in their daily lives. Your tasks will include:

• Personal care and support in daily activities.

• Health and medical-related tasks as delegated by licensed personnel.

• Support during social activities and interests.

• Documentation of the care recipient's progress and needs. As a contact person, you have a significant and important role in shaping the support together with the care recipient, as well as documenting this.

• Collaborate with other staff and contribute to a positive work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in support and care, or education in the field.

• Is responsible, independent, and has a good ability to work in a team.

• Has a strong interest in working with people and understanding their individual needs.

• Is flexible and has a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

• Is good at documenting, designing, and following routines.
