Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a male respite caregiver for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The assignment includes 10 hours per month, distributed over 3-4 occasions, taking place on weekday afternoons or weekends. During the respite, you will cook together, play, and engage in games. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. Respite care at home means you will go to the client's home and together find activities in the home environment, such as playing games, crafting, baking, listening to music, or simply socializing. The purpose of respite care is to provide the client’s relatives with an opportunity for relief.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and a criminal record extract from the police.
