Our mission is to provide our clients with the best consultants for both short-term and long-term assignments throughout Scandinavia. As a recruiter, you will be part of a team of about 7 people working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. The position is located at our nice office on Drottninggatan in the heart of Stockholm.

Your role as a Recruiter:

As a Recruiter with us, you will play a key role in our team. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from the first contact to the signing of contracts and the subsequent administration. You will be in daily contact with potential consultants through cold calls and build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Your goal is to find the right match and ensure that each assignment is successful by being proactive and goal-oriented.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales and recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
• Sees themselves as a natural salesperson.
• Has a strong results focus and is driven by achieving set goals.
• Has previously worked towards set goals and has documented achievements or exceeded them.
• Has high phone skills and feels comfortable making 30-50 cold calls a day.
• Is a structured and goal-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths.
• Has high social competence, a clear drive, and a lot of energy.
• Is used to working independently, taking initiatives, and driving the business forward.
• Has good computer skills and uses Office 365 with ease.
• Has a solid background in recruitment, regardless of industry.
• Enjoys responsibility and working methodically with outreach activities and handling administrative tasks.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Your tasks:

Actively search for and attract candidates for various assignments and positions.

Create and maintain client relationships with both private and public clients.

Build and develop your own network of consultants that you match with suitable assignments.

Drive the entire recruitment process from the first contact to the signing of contracts and all necessary administration.

Be responsible for the staffing process and ensure that both consultants and clients are satisfied throughout the assignment.

Continuously contact and visit clients and consultants to stay updated on their needs and wishes.

Negotiate salary and pricing with both consultants and clients.

Work towards set goals and be involved in reaching a common budget.

On-call work may occur as needed.
