About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time with a customer in Täby. The customer is paralyzed in the body and cannot use their legs or arms and needs help with most things such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, cooking, and showering. The customer is social and has previously lived an active life. The position also involves taking care of the customer's home in all that it entails. The customer enjoys watching TV.

Who are we looking for?

You are welcome to have previous experience working as a personal assistant. We wish that you, as an applicant, have social competence, a sense of responsibility, and preferably a bit of assertiveness. You are secure, calm, and attentive to the customer's needs.

We place great importance on your qualities, personality, and previous experiences.

The position includes documentation, so it is important to be able to express yourself well in Swedish and to use a computer for daily reporting.

It is an advantage if you can drive an electric wheelchair and have previous experience in providing personal care.

You should be able to work varying hours. We make selections based on the customer's wishes and needs, so the personal letter and experiences are crucial for whether you are called for an interview. Working hours are scheduled around the clock with awake night shifts.

Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the idea is that the position will start with an introduction and working shifts on a schedule as soon as you are fully introduced. You who are hired will receive a fixed schedule and also be able to step in during illness and other absences.
