Temporary HR Consultant Psychiatry Southern Stockholm

Are you a passionate HR consultant with the ability to drive and develop HR processes? Our colleague Emilie is going on parental leave, and we are now looking for an HR consultant who wants to be part of our dynamic team at the clinic.

In this role, you will work broadly with HR issues and play a key role in supporting and coordinating HR work at the clinic.

An organizational change is underway regarding the centralization of the HR organization to SLSO. The change has been decided and is expected to be implemented in the fall of 2025. This means that employees working as HR consultants and HR administrators at Psychiatry Southern Stockholm will belong to SLSO and have the HR manager for habilitation and psychiatry as their closest manager when the organization comes into effect. Until then, the local HR manager at Psychiatry Southern Stockholm will be your closest manager.

As an HR consultant with us, you will:

  • Act as support and advisor in matters regarding rehabilitation, labor law, recruitment, work environment, competence supply, and union cooperation.
  • Drive, develop, and implement HR strategies in collaboration with managers.
  • Work consultatively to develop and support managers in both operational, tactical, and strategic issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for your own units and be the main contact person for managers. Your work will also involve travel to various units in Psychiatry Southern Stockholm, giving you the opportunity to build relationships and understand the operations in depth.

You will work in a team consisting of other HR consultants and an HR administrator, where together you create a strong HR function with a strong focus on collaboration and development. You also have access to specialists within SLSO who can provide advice and support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in people, organizations, and the processes that arise when they meet.
  • Is pedagogical, relationship-building, and has an easy time collaborating with others.
  • Can handle multiple processes simultaneously and is both proactive and self-driven in your work.

A relevant education in HR or an equivalent education at the university or college level is required. You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and find it easy to learn new IT tools.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge within our collective agreement area General Provisions and have experience working within the region, municipal associations, and/or municipalities. We place great importance on personal suitability.

We use a competency-based interview technique, where we focus on your competencies and skills based on previous experience that are important in the role of HR consultant.

The position is a parental leave replacement full-time, corresponding to a 39.5-hour work week, with access as soon as possible or by agreement and is expected to last until April 2026.

  • background checks will be applied before the hiring decision according to applicable guidelines.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health care before employment.
  • requires, in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
