Job Description for Personal Assistant

Are you ready to work as a personal assistant and make a difference in someone else's life? During weeks 25-33, we need extra staff for our fantastic assistance teams, and we are now looking for you who, with joy, commitment, and an open mind, want and can take on the role of personal assistant. As a personal assistant, you will work with one and/or several individuals with special needs, such as dressing and undressing, household chores, personal hygiene, and participation in leisure activities.

In the role of personal assistant, it is important that you are attentive, respectful, and engaged with the customer's wishes and needs. You need to be flexible as it may be necessary to work with several of our clients in places such as Helsingborg, Viken, Höganäs, Klippan, Sjöbo, Kristianstad, and Bromölla. Since the position involves different municipalities, it is required that you are open to commuting to and from work within this geographic area. It is important that you feel secure in your role and can work independently as you will often work alone with the client throughout your shift. It is important that you know when to step forward in your role but also when to step back.

We are looking for a responsible woman with a good demeanor who creates a safe environment for our clients. You should be good at reading signals as some of our clients are non-verbal, and can act quickly and effectively even in challenging situations. Do you want to be part of our fantastic team? To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you:

• Are smoke-free
• Have a manual driver's license
• Have access to a car
• Are available during weeks 25-33
• Do not have any pet allergies
• Are a competent swimmer
• Speak and understand Swedish well
• Can start immediately if needed, even on short notice

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
