Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Receive and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email
• Analyze and solve technical problems quickly and smoothly
• Collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions

No day is the same - you will work on varying assignments and develop your expertise in different technical areas. You will work both independently and in teams, with support from experienced colleagues to succeed! 🔑

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education in a relevant field
• Has basic knowledge of computers, networks, operating systems, and information security
• Has experience with issue management systems
• Is familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent programs
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English
