We are looking for a security administrator for Coor's service desk. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has an eye for service. If you have previous experience in a service role, such as customer service or retail, that is a plus – but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and want to learn! The position is available immediately, so do not wait to apply!

For this position, you will be employed as a consultant by us at Cleverex Bemanning, but will work at Coor. If everything feels good in the collaboration, you are expected to be permanently hired by Coor after 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

As a security administrator and IT support, you and your team have a significant responsibility to ensure secure delivery and satisfied customers. You will handle access and alarm administration, as well as access media, such as key fobs and cards. In your role, you will monitor and manage security systems and protocols. Furthermore, you will also:

• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Handle security incidents and report them according to the contract's guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure good delivery to customers
• Receive and handle incoming phone calls professionally
• Respond to and manage cases via the case management system, including following up and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Ensure that all communication is in accordance with the customer's guidelines and standards
• Document and register calls and cases in the company's system

Your Profile

• Completed high school diploma
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Passed background check and security clearance
• Good computer skills
• We see that you have experience in service work, or previous experience in e.g. customer service

Furthermore, we strongly value your personal qualities and competencies. We see that you have strong analytical skills, are meticulous and attentive to details. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are a problem solver and thrive in a varied pace. Additionally, you are a person with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions.
