Your role

As a project manager at E37, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful experience with our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects, both small and large, from start to finish. By planning, structuring, and following up, you ensure that projects are delivered within set timelines and with high quality. You will use tools like Microsoft Planner to organize, prioritize, and track tasks, helping you keep projects on track and ensure smooth deliveries.

A significant part of the role also involves providing support to our business clients. This can range from resolving basic inquiries to tackling more technical challenges at an advanced level. You will work with second line support, where your technical understanding and problem-solving skills will be crucial in finding effective solutions.

You will also work on the installation and configuration of our platform, both for new clients and in connection with updates or customizations for existing clients. By tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of the client, you contribute to creating long-term value for their businesses.

To facilitate our clients and streamline their use of the platform, you will write and maintain guides, manuals, and support articles. This documentation plays a key role in ensuring that clients receive the support they need, even outside of our support hours.

In addition to these main tasks, you may also participate in internal assignments, such as troubleshooting and testing the platform, as well as contributing to the development of internal documentation. If necessary, you may also be involved in feasibility studies and consultations to help clients improve their e-commerce solutions.

Your role is varied and evolving, with many opportunities to contribute both to our clients' success and to our internal work at E37.

Qualifications

• Structured and solution-oriented with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks.
• Customer-focused and good at communicating and managing expectations.
• Technically savvy and interested in understanding how technology and business are interconnected.
• Independent but also enjoys working in a team.

It is an advantage if you have experience or background in areas such as project methodologies, sales, web design, retail data systems, or business systems. Knowledge of internet marketing, search engine optimization, or social media can also be valuable, especially if you have previously worked as an e-commerce manager or in a similar role.
