Job Description

Flow-based method for capacity calculation is performed as a joint Nordic process where the customer participates through data exchange with a central Nordic coordination function.

The work to establish a flow-based method over different time horizons involves effectively combining internal processes, systems, and data sources to meet the requirements set in the collaboration. Therefore, there is a need to understand the interplay of both business processes, market functions, and an integration landscape that extends beyond the customer's infrastructure. The assignment involves working as a solution architect to establish time horizons for the year before and the month before, as well as participating in investigations for other time horizons in the method.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the development of IT solutions correctly based on needs and with considerations from existing IT services in the organization, from both a business and technical perspective.
• Be responsible for the design of applications and integrations in accordance with the organization's target architecture, architectural principles, IT security architecture, and guidelines regarding standards. The solution architect must ensure that the technical solution complies with the requirements set by the domain architect.
• The solution architect collaborates with business architects and development teams (software architect), as well as with enterprise and infrastructure architects.
• Analyze needs (functional, non-functional) from strategic, tactical, and operational perspectives. You document the non-functional requirements and the requirements for SLAs.
• Support initiatives in both projects and management from idea stage, requirements specification, design, implementation, operation, and management throughout the process. You ensure the success of the current change initiative and support the establishment of application management or new solutions.
• Act as an expert for one or more IT systems/applications in discussions with the unit manager, domain architect, and management leader regarding new solutions or development of existing systems.
• Produce an updated ADD (TOGAF) and present it together with the domain architect for the Architecture Forum. Examples of deliverables: needs analysis, requirement descriptions, scenario descriptions/use cases, and solution design (architecture description).
• Communicate and anchor recommended solutions and choices with relevant target groups, at both strategic and operational levels.

Requirements:

• Higher education/university degree of at least 180 credits in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of work experience as an IT solution architect.
• Worked for at least one year within an organization that has an IT organization with more than 200 people.

• Work experience from being primarily responsible for architecture deliverables such as Architecture Definition Documents, within at least one project.
• Work experience as an architect from at least one project where ISO 27001 has been applied.
• Certification in IT architecture
• At least 1 year of experience working in the energy market
