As a consultant at Centric, you will receive a secure employment and gain valuable work experience on assignments with our clients. Job Responsibilities

As an onsite technician, you will be the local support for users. You will be on-site to support, troubleshoot, and find solutions to technical problems. You will also assist with onboarding and offboarding processes as needed, as well as help with video conferencing equipment and network-related issues. The variety of tasks is broad and diverse!

Examples of assignments:

  • You will work in-house for our client and assist internal users with their technical problems. This includes being the helping hand for users in all technical matters, being available during the onboarding of new employees, quickly offering help if a colleague's computer screen goes black unexpectedly, or if the conference room equipment is malfunctioning. You will order, install, and configure computers and are passionate about delivering world-class onsite support! In this assignment, you will work in a pure Windows and O365 environment.
  • You will work on behalf of our client as an onsite technician, visiting different offices and performing hands-on related IT problems! You are flexible, enjoy meeting new people, and step into the office as the IT hero you truly are! In this role, you will configure computers, troubleshoot and install printers, assist with network-related configurations, and no day is the same! After helping users on-site, you are curious and ready to visit the next office to take on the next IT challenge!

Your Profile and Qualifications

We prefer that you have a high school diploma in IT or equivalent education. You have at least 1 year of experience in IT support. You have a basic understanding of technology and enjoy developing your skills.

As a person, you are flexible and appreciate working in a role that combines both technical issues and personal contact with users. You have a knack for delivering solid service and can explain complex technical problems to users at various levels. We also appreciate that you have well-developed communication skills and are motivated to think solution-oriented.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows
  • Basic knowledge of networks and networking equipment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Experience in installation and troubleshooting of hardware
  • Driver's license

Meritorious

  • Understanding of conference room equipment
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Mac
