We are now looking for a senior software developer with experience in both team leadership and software development for a project that spans several years. You will play a central role in one of our development teams, where you will contribute as a team coach and software developer to develop and maintain new digital services. The assignment includes a combination of technical development, requirements management, and agile leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a team coach for a development team while working as a software developer.
• Be responsible for requirements gathering and developing solution proposals in close dialogue with the business and users.
• Develop and enhance services and features within software development.
• Work with test-driven development and test automation.
• Participate in process development and documentation to ensure long-term quality and stability in the solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a team coach or Scrum Master in a development team, while also working as a software developer.
• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer in backend, with experience in Java, Jakarta EE, and JPA/Hibernate.
• At least 1 year of experience in frontend development, for example with Vue, React, or Angular.
• At least 1 year of experience working with container-based technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• At least 2 years of experience working with test-driven development and test automation as an integrated part of the software development process.
• Relevant university or college education or equivalent practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable:

• Experience working with agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack software developer.
• Experience working with REST-based services.
• Experience developing in a Linux environment.
• Experience working with requirements analysis and breaking down and developing solutions in dialogue with clients.
• Experience with the development tool IntelliJ and working with open source.

Additional Information:

• Location: Kalmar or Stockholm (possibility for remote work, about 3 days a week).
• Project start: Week 20-21 2025.
• Duration: Long-term assignment, with the possibility of extension.
