We are looking for an experienced Qlik Sense developer for a long-term assignment where you will be responsible for the development of new applications within Qlik Sense, as well as the management and improvement of existing solutions. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of ETL developers, testers, requirements analysts, and other QlikView developers. You will participate in feasibility studies, planning, and improvement work, as well as handle troubleshooting and support for existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new Qlik Sense applications according to defined requirements and reference architecture.
• Participate in feasibility studies, planning work, and improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot and analyze existing Qlik applications, including production issues.
• Collaborate with other developers, requirements analysts, and clients to ensure that development follows the Employment Agency's system development model.
• Ensure that deliveries are made in accordance with release plans and timelines.
• Document solutions according to applicable standards and ensure maintainability for the developed applications.
• Escalate issues to the team leader as needed and actively contribute to improvements and optimizations of the solutions.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Qlik Sense development.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in QlikView development.
• Experience in dimensional modeling and data modeling.
• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL to verify reports.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting existing Qlik applications.
• At least 3 years of experience developing Qlik applications for financial tracking and reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience developing Qlik applications within HR for tracking and reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience in requirements specification for architecture and Qlik applications.
• Experience using version control tools such as TFS.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience in web development and programming in other languages such as Python, Java, C, R, or Basic.
• Experience in developing Qlik applications for payment periodization and other financial areas.
• Experience in developing Qlik applications for decision-making authorization.
• Understanding of presentation layers, usability, and design of graphical user interfaces (GUI).
• Certification in QlikView and QlikSense.

Additional Information:

• Location: Possibility for remote work up to 50% of the time, by agreement.
• Start: The assignment starts by agreement.
• Duration: The assignment runs until 2026-04-30, with the possibility of extension.
• Scope: 100% of a full-time position.
