Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Are you a driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer with several years of experience looking for an exciting role in a growing business? We work closely with the business, and you will be part of a newly formed team where you have great opportunities to influence the product, working methods, tools, and both long- and short-term goals.

In the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer, you will work alongside our existing Dynamics developers to enhance our current CRM platform for our advisory business. The role also involves designing and implementing new Dynamics systems. Additionally, you will be an important sounding board on CRM-related issues.

You will be part of a team with other developers, testers, product owners, and business developers. We work according to agile principles where the entire team participates. The development groups are located close to the business at the office in central Stockholm.

IT development takes place in a larger group of about 100 developers located in Sweden and Spain. Together with them, activities, theme days, larger planning sessions, and other events are conducted both online and physically on-site.

About You

For this role, you need to have worked for a few years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You need to have knowledge and experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions. Furthermore, you should have a solid technical background and be able to independently design services. You also need to be communicative, good at collaborating, and work closely with the business.

About the Group

You will be part of the Sales & Advisory group, one of two groups providing system development for Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management. The group is responsible for developing and maintaining both back-end and front-end services and has extensive experience in C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, T-SQL, and development in Microsoft Azure. Users of the group's products and services include advisors, support staff, clients, and other partners, both in and outside of Sweden.

Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management is the part of Söderberg & Partners that exclusively focuses on asset management. We are an area that is growing rapidly with continued ambitious growth plans. Our clients include individuals, companies, foundations, and institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Deep knowledge of C# and .NET
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience with technologies such as Azure DevOps and REST APIs
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking and finance is highly desirable
  • Experience working in agile environments, preferably with Scrum and SAFe
